Queens is the "Home of Jazz" and what goes better with jazz than poetry! Everyone is welcome to come celebrate our local jazz history at Flushing Town Hall and enjoy jazz performances and poetry readings by students throughout Queens. The public is encouraged to either bring a poem to share or get inspired during our ongoing poetry writing workshops throughout the afternoon.
