LUNAR NEW YEAR EXHIBITION
New Year Prints are a venerable form of Chinese folk art closely connected with the thoughts, emotions, and lives of ordinary people. On loan from the Taipei Cultural Center, this exhibition showcases winning works from the past three years of Taiwan’s New Year Prints Contest, as well as commissioned works. The prints utilize a wide variety of printing techniques, including silk screen, linocut, intaglio, woodblocks, aluminum foil, relief & digital printing.
