Doors open 15 minutes before the performance time. Groups are recommended to arrive 15-20 minutes before each performance, as performances will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please note, Flushing Town Hall does not have a dedicated, indoor waiting area for entire classes. Early arrivals may have to wait in your bus or our garden (weather permitting). Please time your arrival accordingly.

Where can school buses drop off and pick up students?

School buses can drop off and pick up students in front of the building of Flushing Town Hall on Northern Blvd.

How are seats assigned?

All seats are assigned according to the age of the students and the date of the reservation, with any necessary accommodation for special needs. Younger students will receive priority seating to ensure safety. Actual tickets are not issued. EDU team will greet your group and lead you to your assigned seats.

The theatre is handicapped accessible but notice of special seating needs MUST be given in advance. We will make every effort to give your students and/or seniors comfortable and appropriate seating, but we cannot guarantee this unless you discuss your needs with us in advance.
