Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month with Latin Jazz!
Participating musicians are invited to perform any form of Latin Jazz from Cuba, Brazil, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and beyond; consider the music of Tito Puente, Machito, Celia Cruz, Eddie Palmieri, Johnny Pacheco, La Lupe, and more.
Open to professional jazz musicians, students of jazz, music educators and serious hobbyists, FTH’s Monthly Jazz Jams welcomes musicians to play together. Every month, FTH's Jazz Jam Sessions are led by Carol Sudhalter, joined by Joe Vincent Tranchina (piano), Eric Lemon (bass) and Scott Neumann (drums). The band encourages bringing a copy of your sheet music when possible.
