As a lifelong arts enthusiast, Jessica was thrilled to join Flushing Town Hall in January 2020 as its first ever Director of Development. She oversees contributed revenue and the annual gala, works alongside the Board's Development Committee, and is passionate about strategic planning to optimize Flushing Town Hall’s impact on the community. Jessica's had the privilege of building out the department, including the execution of grants for pandemic recovery, the institution’s first regrants for artists and organizations in Queens, a new CRM system, and an upcoming rebrand. 

Jessica is a native New Yorker and has spent two decades raising money for nonprofit arts organizations across the country, including tenures with Opera Colorado (Denver, CO) and Center Theatre Group (Los Angeles, CA). Her career began at Roundabout Theatre Company (New York, NY), where she made her very first cold call to ask for a donation at the age of 21. Jessica values kindness and laughter and is head over heels in love with her toddler son, Dustin. She holds a BFA in theater from the University of Miami.
