Xuejing Nancy Cao

Nancy is the Education and Family Programs Associate at Flushing Town Hall, where she leads the planning and execution of 100+ Workshops, Residencies, and Assemblies annually since 2023 joined the FTH. She manages the full program lifecycle—from artist booking and contract coordination to scheduling, logistics, and on-site support—working closely with the Education team to ensure high-quality arts programming across the five boroughs. In addition to program operations, Nancy supports cross-departmental initiatives by designing promotional materials, assisting with international festivals and concerts, and providing bilingual front-of-house and rental support. Her work strengthens collaboration between artists, schools, and communities, expanding access to culturally responsive arts education. 

Nancy’s background spans Dance, Performing Arts Administration, and Media Production. She has previously held roles at American Ballet Theatre (ABT), Parsons Dance Company, and Yin Mei Dance Company, where she supported executive leadership and company operations while gaining experience in arts education programming and cross-cultural event coordination. 

She holds a Master of Arts in Performing Arts Administration from NYU and a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and Media Production from the University of Colorado Boulder. She also completed a Human Capital Management Certificate at NYU and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
