Natalie Bedon

Manager, Queens Cultural Mapping Project

Natalie Bedon

Natalie is the Project Manager for the Queens Cultural Mapping Initiative, a yearlong New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) funded project which documents Queens' artistic and cultural landscape. Through this work, she led the development of The Queens Arts and Cultural Map and the publication of The 2025 Queens Cultural Mapping Report.

She has been with Flushing Town Hall since 2024, first joining as a Community Coordinator on the initiative and later being promoted to Project Manager. In her role, she centers artist-first approaches with a focus on community engagement, cross-sector partnership building, and the development of programs and resources informed directly by community research.

Outside of work, she is a visual artist and proud Ecuadorian who grew up in Jackson Heights, Queens. She is passionate about building connections, supporting creative communities, and helping people access the resources they need to thrive.
