Hali Traina is the Box Office and Customer Service Manager at Flushing Town Hall, where she oversees ticketing operations and patron services for a wide range of performances and community events. She has been with FTH since January 2025. 

Hali brings extensive experience in arts administration, primarily in the form of festival operations and cultural programming, having worked with organizations including the Woodstock Film Festival, Lighthouse International Film Festival, Film at Lincoln Center/New York Film Festival, SXSW EDU, Sundance Film Festival, Tribeca Festival, and Bushwick Film Festival. With a background in film programming, press coordination, patron services, and on-site production, Hali is committed to inclusive, audience-centered arts experiences and accessible cultural programming. As a native New Yorker, Hali brings a collaborative, community-minded approach to her work that is shaped by a deep familiarity with the city’s diverse cultural landscape.
