Described as an “exuberant, virtuosic performance” by The New York Times and a “ferocious performance, emotionally wrenching playing” by the Los Angeles Times, three-time Grammy® Winner Gustavo Casenave and percussionist Franco Pinna invite you to experience a mesmerizing piano and percussion duo show: Keys & Beats from Uruguay and Argentina.

Jazz, tango, and classical elements intertwine in captivating improvisations, creating a soul-stirring symphony. Don't miss this unforgettable evening of musical brilliance and passion. Join us for an enchanting celebration of boundless musical expression.

Uruguayan/American pianist Gustavo Casenave has been performing together with Argentinian/American drummer Franco Pinna since 2007. However this concert will be the duo debut, that differs in concept from the Gustavo Casenave Trio that they have performed as in the past. The duo offers a more flexible improvisational realm, where musical connection and spirituality become one on stage. This new type of collaboration, allows itself to explore unconventional and non traditional grounds, offering a truly unique musical experience within the worlds of Jazz, Classical, Tango and other South American rhythms.
