About The Artist
Damali Abrams the Glitter Priestess embodies Afro-Caribbean watery expressions of the Divine Femme, swimming the depths of the Black radical imagination in order to collage alternate realities in intergalactic spaces under the sea. Damali is a New York City based artist, reiki practitioner, and educator. Damali attended the Whitney Independent Study Program and earned an MFA from Vermont College of Fine Arts and a BA from New York University.
